Conso Electrical Science and Technology Co., Ltd has the ability to run factory test to 10kv to 35kv electrical equipment. To the 3 Phase ONAN Distribution Transformer, those test will run, but not limited to:
1. No-Load Loss and Load Loss Measurements: These measurements determine the transformer's core and copper losses under no-load and full-load conditions. They ensure that the transformer's efficiency meets the specified standards.
2. Temperature Rise Test: This test measures the temperature rise of the transformer's windings and oil under full-load conditions. It ensures that the transformer can dissipate heat effectively and does not exceed allowable temperature limits.
3. Dielectric Tests: These tests include the applied voltage test and the partial discharge test. The applied voltage test checks the transformer's ability to withstand overvoltage conditions, while the partial discharge test checks for any partial discharges that could lead to insulation breakdown.
4. Turns Ratio Test: This test checks the turns ratio of the transformer windings to ensure that it matches the design specifications. It ensures that the transformer will provide the correct voltage transformation.
5. Short-Circuit Impedance Test: This test measures the impedance of the transformer under short-circuit conditions. It ensures that the transformer can withstand short-circuit currents without excessive heating or damage.
6. Insulation Resistance Test: This test measures the insulation resistance between various windings and the transformer's core. It ensures that the insulation is intact and that there are no electrical leakage paths. The acceptable resistance values depend on the transformer's rating and specifications.
7. Winding Resistance Test: This test measures the resistance of the transformer windings to ensure they are within the specified limits. Deviations can indicate problems with the conductor or connections.
8. Oil Dielectric Strength Test: This test assesses the dielectric strength of the transformer oil to ensure it can withstand electrical stresses and prevent internal arcing.

Conso Electrical Science and Technology Co., Ltd owns three sets of transformer ovens and two sets of transformer casting equipment. This allows us to produce more than 200 units of 200kVA 3 phase ONAN Distribution Transformers and 100 units of 630kVA three phase cast resin distribution transformers in 30 days. The foil winding machine is not only used for producing dry type transformers but also enables us to manufacture 3-phase ONAN Distribution Transformers that go beyond the IEC 60076 range, such as a 10kV 4000kVA oil immersed distribution transformer.

Regular Inspection: Implement a scheduled inspection routine to identify any issues or anomalies promptly.
Oil Quality Monitoring: Regularly analyze the quality of the insulating oil, including tests for moisture, gases, and contaminants. This can be achieved through oil quality analysis tests.
Insulation Material Check: Periodically inspect the insulation materials, such as bushings, insulating oil, insulation pads, and insulating sleeves, to ensure they are not damaged or aging.
Cooling System Maintenance: If the transformer employs an ONAN (Oil Natural Air Natural) cooling system, ensure that the cooling radiators and fans are functioning correctly. Clean the radiator surfaces to maintain adequate cooling oil circulation.
Insulation Resistance Testing: Conduct insulation resistance tests regularly to verify the integrity of the insulation system. This can be done using an insulation resistance tester.
Leakage Prevention: Inspect the transformer for oil leaks and address them promptly to prevent the loss of insulating oil.
Routine Cleaning: Clean the external surface of the transformer regularly to remove dust and dirt, facilitating heat dissipation and reducing insulation contamination.
Lightning Protection Equipment Check: Ensure that the lightning protection devices on the transformer are intact to prevent damage from lightning strikes.
Corrosion Prevention: Inspect the transformer's outer casing for corrosion and maintain or repair the protective coatings as necessary.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of each maintenance operation, including inspection results, identified issues, maintenance actions taken, and replaced components. These records help track the maintenance history of the transformer.
Periodic Electrical Testing: Perform electrical tests periodically, including open-circuit and short-circuit tests, to verify the transformer's electrical performance.
Follow Manufacturer's Recommendations: Adhere to the manufacturer's guidelines and maintenance manual for the specific ONAN distribution transformer, following recommended maintenance and servicing procedures.
