Conso Electrical Science and Technology Co., Ltd is a specialized manufacturer to produce a 11 415 kv air insulated ais mini substation. The factory fabricates compact substations to electrical power supply company, mining company and chemistry plant in domestic and oversea through the trading companies or brokers. To produce a solid compact substation, the production workers has more than 10 years career experience in Conso Electrical. And the experts from International Standardization Organization will inspect our factory each year to ensure Conso Electrical execute the clause of ISO standard as the requirement.
Start by cleaning the porcelain casing and the outer shell. Next, inspect the outer shell, gaskets, and porcelain casing for any cracks, discharge marks, or aging of the insulating pads. Check for deformations in the cables and busbars. If any are found to be damaged, they should be replaced.
Examine the contact surfaces of the busbars to ensure they are clean. Remove any oxidation and apply electrical joint compound. Secure with new spring washers and screws. Check for any abnormalities in the insulators, spacing, and connections between busbars. Verify the reliability of the secondary winding terminal connections for current, voltage, and transformers as per the requirements.
Check the quality of the grounding system. Inspect whether the grounding wire is rusted or corroded. If severe corrosion is present, it should be replaced. Ensure that the insulation meets the required standards. If it does not meet the standards, it should be addressed.
Tighten the lead terminals, pins, grounding screws, and busbar connection screws. If any of these are loose, remove the screws, lightly file the grounding surface, and replace spring washers and screws until a good connection is established and it is reliable.
Inspect the capacitors, temperature controllers, and fans to ensure they are functioning properly. Verify the efficiency of the ventilation system. Replace any components that have issues.
Clean the dust from around the transformer and its accessories. Check for any oil leaks from the transformer, and address any leaking transformers accordingly.
