Conso Electrical Science and Technology Co., Ltd devotes to being a smooth experience in using distribution transformers. To meet the specific demand of users, Conso Electrical offers a wide range in distribution transformer selection that the capacity of a 13kv three phase ONAN distribution transformer could be from 25kva to 4000kva, such as the 13 kv 25 kva three phase step down transformer. Moreover, the company provides the OEM service to clients. We wish to build a trustworthy brand with you, one that consumers can rely on.
1.Preventing Oil Leakage: Oil-immersed transformers are filled with transformer oil in their tanks, and the sealing is achieved during assembly by applying pressure to the oil-resistant rubber components using fasteners. Poor sealing is the primary reason for transformer oil leakage, so special attention should be given to it during maintenance and care. Check if small bolts have become loose due to vibration. If any are loose, tighten them, ensuring an appropriate level of tightness that is consistent throughout. Inspect the rubber for cracks or severe deformation. Rubber components that need replacement should have matching specifications, and the sealing surface should be kept clean during replacement.
2.Preventing Moisture Ingress in Transformers: 13 kv three phase step down transformers are high-voltage equipment and require good insulation performance. After purchasing transformers, immediate handover tests should be arranged with the power supply authority, and humidity absorbers should be installed promptly. Monitor the silica gel inside the humidity absorbers, and replace it immediately if it becomes damp. When placing orders, make an effort to minimize the storage time before 13 kv three phase step down transformers are put into service. For hoisting, transportation, maintenance, refueling, oil valve draining, and other tasks, it is essential to drain any dirty oil from beneath the oil pillow using the oil drain plug, wipe it clean with a dry cloth, and seal it properly to prevent contaminated oil from entering the oil tank.
3.Transformer Oil Replacement and Drying Process: If 13 kv three phase step down transformers have been idle for too long, have been in operation for an extended period, or have been affected by other natural or human factors resulting in decreased insulation, internal water ingress, or oil degradation, it is necessary to replace the transformer oil and perform a drying process. Transformer Oil Replacement: Start by hoisting the transformer body, draining the dirty oil, and cleaning the oil tank. If there is oil contamination on the transformer body, clean it as well. After the transformer body has been thoroughly dried, refill it with new oil and replace all oil-resistant rubber sealing components. It can only be put into service after successful testing.
