Conso Electrical Technology and Science Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer, which produce 150 Kva Pole Mounted Single Phase Transformer. Although Conso Electrical is one of the medium size factories in the Central Industry Park of Yueqing City, it specializes to customized make pole mounted transformers to meet the demand of market. The company could purchase accessories on pole mounted transformer, such as surge arrester, cutout fuse, and insulators, as long as the order size reaches to the MOQ of accessory factories. Conso Electrical has the experience to support pole mounted transformers to State Grid Corporation of China each year. We wish to build a strong relationship to clients from the world.
Strengthen equipment inspection and checks. Electrical substation operators should conduct regular inspections in accordance with the requirements of unattended station management standards. During inspections, pay particular attention to the sound, oil temperature, oil level, and oil color of the transformers to ensure there is no oil leakage, uniform operation sound, and that the upper oil temperature does not exceed 85°C with a temperature rise not exceeding 40°C above the ambient temperature. Inspect the cooling system, connections, joints, and clamps to prevent localized overheating. Conduct night patrols and special inspections actively, and perform remote infrared temperature measurements on equipment during high load periods as needed. In special cases, resume manned operations in accordance with dispatch orders.
Strengthen dispatch monitoring and management. Dispatch operators should enhance equipment monitoring and closely monitor the load factors of main equipment. Actively conduct load forecasting and carry out load transfers promptly as per emergency plans and load-shedding priority tables. Strictly prevent overloading and ensure that equipment is not operating at full load or over its capacity. Especially, after equipment abnormalities or circuit breaker trips, strictly follow the operational procedures outlined in the dispatch regulations. Direct substation operators to conduct a root cause analysis and promptly restore power supply.
Enhance equipment maintenance and pre-testing. Adhere to the principle of cleaning during every scheduled maintenance period, ensuring that primary equipment is cleaned at least once a year, with substations in heavily polluted areas requiring monthly cleaning. Conduct equipment repairs and calibration according to the scheduled periods, regularly collect oil samples for testing, and compare data from previous years. Analyze the test results to understand the health and degradation status of the equipment and provide rational recommendations for major repairs or modifications.
Place a strong emphasis on lightning protection measures for equipment to improve its resilience to natural disasters. This includes the continued testing and inspection of lightning arresters and lightning rods and the excavation and testing of grounding systems. Also, carry out lightning protection improvements for primary equipment. Lightning strikes are a leading cause of major equipment damage in substations. Therefore, the installation of lightning arresters at the entrance and exit points of substations can effectively prevent such failures.
Strengthen the review and management of relay protection settings. Ensure that the secondary connections for protection are correct to eliminate errors such as incorrect use of secondary windings, loose terminal connections, incorrect tap selections, and errors in the series or parallel connection of conventional relays. Strictly adhere to relay protection setting notification documents, with separate personnel responsible for reading and verifying the protection settings including zone numbers, circuit breaker ratios, and the settings for relay protection. Make corresponding records. Adjust protection settings flexibly based on equipment operating parameters and protection actions. The scenario of both low-capacity main transformers at two substations causing the 10kV lines to trip and simultaneously activating the transformer protection settings should be addressed.
