Since 2006, Conso Electrical Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has significantly expanded its production of pole-mounted transformers to meet the demands of mass manufacturing, including the specialized 20 Kva Single Phase Power Pole Transformer. Utilizing automatic equipment and skilled production workers for distribution transformers, Conso Electrical ensures efficient and precise manufacturing. To optimize production times, orders for pole-mounted transformers are distributed to 2 to 3 suppliers based on client names. Additionally, all spare parts undergo inspection upon arrival at Conso Electrical, guaranteeing the highest quality standards for products like the 20 Kva Single Phase Power Pole Transformer.
(1) The medium and low-voltage distribution network follows the "small capacity, densely distributed points" distribution principle, using 20 kva single phase power pole transformers and three-wire power supply. This effectively reduces low-voltage line losses, enhances power supply reliability, and ensures power quality.
(2) The use of 20 kva single phase power pole transformer distribution further increases power supply reliability. 20 kva single phase power pole transformers serve a smaller number of customers compared to high-capacity three-phase transformers or pad-mounted transformers, minimizing the impact on customers in the event of transformer power outages or planned maintenance. Typically, during hot seasons, heating-related faults in the low-voltage switchgear account for about 50% of total faults. Because 20 kva single phase power pole transformers have smaller capacities, overheating on the low-voltage side is unlikely to occur. Since low-voltage lines are prone to various faults (due to their proximity to the ground and the risk of unauthorized connections), 20 kva single phase power pole transformers eliminate low-voltage lines. The high-voltage lines use insulated (or partially insulated) conductors, and transformers are designed to be fully insulated and enclosed, significantly reducing the probability of faults.
(3) It improves voltage compliance. Before rural network upgrades, the maximum voltage drop was up to 35%. After adopting 20 kva single phase power pole transformer distribution, voltage drop is reduced to within 7%. This resolves the issue of low voltage at the customer's end, enabling normal use of household appliances and improving customer satisfaction.
(4) Other advantages include harmonic elimination, thereby mitigating the adverse effects of harmonics; prevention of electricity theft, ensuring electrical safety; reduction of noise and environmental improvement; and a 70% reduction in no-load current, leading to reduced reactive power demand on the upstream grid.
