Fully Sealed and Insulated Design: The CONSO·CN high quality 33 kv 33kv 4 5 way rmu ring main unit features all live parts sealed within a box made of 304 stainless steel, filled with SF6 gas at a working pressure of 1.4 bar, with an IP67 protection rating. It can be installed in damp and highly dust-contaminated areas, making it particularly suitable for mines, compact substations, and locations where air pollution can easily lead to surface flashovers. The product is equipped with cable connections conforming to DIN47636 standards, allowing cable connections through fully insulated, sealed, and shielded cable joints.

High Reliability and Personal Safety: All live parts are sealed within SF6 compartments, which have reliable pressure relief channels. The product has passed the internal fault arc-burning test at 25kA/0.5s. Load switches and grounding switches are three-position switches, simplifying interlocks between them. There is a reliable mechanical interlock between the cable compartment cover and the load switch to effectively prevent accidental entry into live spaces.

Maintenance-Free and Long Lifespan: The product is designed for a 30-year service life, during which the main switch requires no maintenance. The annual leakage rate of the product is ≤ 0.1%.

Compact Structure: Apart from the air-insulated metering cabinet and PT cabinet, the standard module has a width of 500mm. The cable connection sleeves for all units are at a consistent height from the ground, facilitating on-site construction.
