Conso Electrical Science and Technology Co., Ltd owns more than 12000 M2 manufacturing plant to assemble 500 1000 kva 500kva compact substations. In Conso Electrical, the engineer will design a compact substation as the technical requirement from clients. To adopt the delivery time, the incoming material of compact substation could arrive to the manufacturing plant within 3 days. Conso Electrical could produce about 15 piece of 500 630 kva compact substations in 30 days. Each of a 500 1000 kva 500kva compact substation is tested in the factory.
1. Advanced Technology and High Reliability:
The enclosure of compact substation is constructed using cutting-edge domestic technology and processes. The outer shell is typically made of galvanized aluminum steel plates, while the framework is constructed from standard shipping container materials and fabrication techniques. This design offers excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring a rust-free lifespan of 20 years. The internal cladding employs aluminum alloy fastening plates and is insulated with fire-resistant materials. The enclosure is equipped with air conditioning and dehumidification systems, allowing equipment to operate unaffected by natural climatic conditions or external pollution. It guarantees normal operation in extreme environments ranging from -40°C to +40°C. The primary equipment inside the enclosure features state-of-the-art domestic technologies, such as unit vacuum switchgear, dry-type transformers, dry-type sensors, and vacuum circuit breakers (with spring-operated mechanisms). The product has no exposed live parts, adopting a fully insulated structure, achieving zero-contact accidents, and enabling oil-free operation for high safety. The secondary equipment uses a comprehensive computerized automation system, facilitating unattended operation.
2. High Degree of Automation:
The entire facility is intelligently designed, with the protection system incorporating a substation's computerized comprehensive automation device, which is distributed for installation. It can achieve the "four remotes," namely telemetry, tele-signaling, tele-control, and tele-adjustment. Each unit possesses independent operational functions, offering full relay protection capabilities. It can remotely set operational parameters, control humidity and temperature within the enclosure, and fulfill the requirements for unattended operation.
3. Factory Prefabrication:
During the design phase, as long as the design personnel create a primary wiring diagram and design for the external equipment based on the actual requirements of the substation, they can select the specifications and models of the transformer enclosure provided by the manufacturer. All equipment is installed and tested in the factory, streamlining the construction of the substation to be more factory-oriented. This shortens the design and manufacturing cycle. On-site installation only involves positioning the enclosure, interconnecting cables between enclosures, connecting outgoing cables, verifying protection settings, conducting performance tests, and other required adjustments. The entire substation can be installed and commissioned in approximately 5 to 8 days, significantly reducing the construction period.
