To capture a larger market share, Conso Electrical Science and Technology Co., Ltd. develops designing approaches and production system to fabricate distribution transformers more efficient, specially to the common mode distribution transformers, such as 100 kVA 3 phase step down distribution transformers. To deal with the material costs waving, the company designs solutions of distribution transformer as the current material price to offer an attractive quotation to clients. To ensure the quality, Conso Electrical runs required tests to each 100 kVA 3 phase step down distribution transformer. The company also will send spare parts to clients if any damages occurred in shipping. We wish you would come to our factory for business cooperation.
1.Regularly inspect the 100 kVA 3 phase step down distribution transformer's exterior for oil leakage and check for any signs of components emitting smoke or discharging. If the oil level in the transformer drops too low, it may lose its insulation protection, leading to discharge between internal components or from the transformer to the outer casing, potentially resulting in severe damage or even transformer failure.
2.Avoid installing low-voltage metering boxes on the 100 kVA 3 phase step down distribution transformer. Over prolonged operation, damage to the meter's glass or the low-voltage terminal of the transformer may not be promptly replaced, which could lead to damage to the distribution transformer due to factors like rainwater seeping into the electrical meter.
3.Periodically monitor The 100 kVA 3 phase step down distribution transformer oil temperature, especially during severe weather conditions with significant temperature variations. The top oil temperature in oil-immersed transformers should not exceed 95°C during operation. To prevent excessive heating and premature oil degradation, the temperature rise of the top oil should not exceed 45°C.
4.Regularly inspect and replace primary and secondary fuses, strictly avoiding the use of aluminum wire as a substitute for fuses. Primary fuses protect the system, while secondary fuses protect the 100 kVA 3 phase step down distribution transformer. The selection of fuses should be in line with the transformer's rated capacity.
5.Install high and low-voltage insulation covers in narrow road areas or forest regions where animals frequently enter and exit. This prevents foreign objects from falling onto the low-voltage terminals of distribution transformers, which could lead to short circuits and transformer damage.
Please note that safety guidelines may vary by location and regulations, so it's essential to adhere to local safety standards and practices.
