Since the year of 2006, Conso Electrical Science and Technology Co., Ltd has accumulated over a decade's worth of experience in producing 100kVA 3 phase Power Distribution transformers, consistently refining their existing manufacturing processes to make distribution transformer and compact substation. This has culminated in the establishment of a mature and highly efficient management framework that encompasses everything from product design to production processing. Conso Electrical emphasizes quality and customer-centricity to assemble 100kVA 3 phase power distribution transformers. We are excited about the prospect of working with marketing gurus from around the globe.
a. For oil-immersed transformers, apart from low-capacity ones, the low-voltage winding generally employs a cylindrical structure wound with copper foil, while the high-voltage winding utilizes a multi-layered cylindrical structure. This balanced winding configuration ensures minimal leakage, high mechanical strength, and strong short-circuit resistance.
b. Both the core and windings are secured with fastening measures. The fastening components, such as the high and low-voltage leads, are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts. The transformer employs a shock-resistant design to withstand transportation.
c. The coils and core undergo vacuum drying, and the transformer oil is processed using vacuum filtration and filling techniques to minimize moisture content within the transformer.
d. The oil tank incorporates corrugated fins, providing it with a breathing function to compensate for oil volume changes due to temperature fluctuations. Consequently, this product eliminates the need for an oil conservator, reducing the transformer's overall height.
e. By replacing the oil conservator with corrugated fins, the transformer oil is effectively isolated from the external environment. This prevents the ingress of oxygen and moisture, thus preserving insulation performance.
f. With these five key performance factors, oil-immersed transformers are designed to operate without requiring oil replacement during normal operation. This significantly lowers maintenance costs while extending the transformer's service life.
