In dry and clean environments, an annual inspection is recommended, while in locations prone to dust or chemical smoke pollution, inspections should be conducted every 3-6 months. The inspection items are as follows:

(2) Verify the accuracy of temperature control and temperature display values, and record the highest temperature ever recorded.

(3) Inspect joints and conductive parts for signs of overheating or loosening.

(4) Ensure the reliable operation of the fan cooling system according to the set values.

(5) Examine insulation in all parts for discoloration, delamination, or cracking.

(6) Inspect the grounding system of the dry-type transformer: check for damage or breakage in grounding conductors, loose or damaged connections; perform a point-by-point check of the entire grounding system for robustness and reliability; inspect the transformer and its distribution system.
