For the annual inspection, component maintenance and cleaning are the key focus:
1.Use soft cotton to clean the 500kva 33 0.415 kv distribution transformer bushings.
2.Annual inspection of OLTC (On-Load Tap Changer) is crucial. Ensure moisture levels and dielectric properties are at the appropriate levels for efficient operation. (Observe oil condition and sample moisture content (PPM) and dielectric strength (BDV). Low BDV and high PPM levels indicate the need for oil replacement.)
3.Tighten all connections of control and relay circuits at least once a year. Additionally, check if the indicator heaters are at standard spacing and performing as required.
