1.The transformer core is constructed by stacking high-quality imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, significantly reducing no-load losses and no-load current. The core is also securely bound to ensure tightness and reduce noise.
2.The high and low voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper. Low voltage windings up to 500KVA adopt a double-layer cylindrical structure, while those above 630KVA use a double or quadruple helical structure. High voltage windings are designed in a multi-layer cylindrical configuration.
3.The transformer's connection group is set as Dyn11 to reduce the impact of harmonics on the power grid and enhance power quality.
4.The transformer features a fully sealed design, extending its lifespan and eliminating the need for core suspension or maintenance.
