The ZGS11 series solar pad mounted power transformer is a combination transformer that integrates high-voltage fuses, multi-position load switches, and no-load tap changers as internal components of the transformer. These components are installed inside the transformer's oil tank, and low-voltage complete equipment is installed externally. It is used in photovoltaic power generation systems to raise the low voltage (0.69kV, 0.27kV, or 0.315kV) generated by the inverter to the voltage of the grid system (10kV or 35kV) for grid connection. The transformer is generally an oil-immersed transformer with dual split or dual winding, and the high-voltage switch is an oil-immersed switch.

All live parts are enclosed within the enclosure, with no exposed live parts. It features a fully sealed and insulated structure, eliminating the need for insulation distances and ensuring reliable personal safety protection. Since all live components on the high-voltage side are sealed inside the oil tank, there are no exposed live parts, making it safe and effectively preventing intrusion by small animals.

The American-style substation can be integrated into a loop network power supply system, forming a loop network power supply system with cabinet-type loop network boxes or cable branch boxes. It can also be configured as a terminal type.

It has a compact size and a small footprint. It features finned radiators for heat dissipation, and optional fans can be added. It operates quietly. In the same voltage level and capacity of a distribution system, our American-style substation is only one-third the size of European-style transformers.

It has a compact and cost-effective design. All components are tightly placed inside or on the transformer's enclosure, eliminating the need for additional auxiliary equipment. The high-voltage side uses plug-in fuses for protection, making maintenance, operation, and maintenance convenient. The low-voltage side circuit breakers are fixed, ensuring safe and reliable connections and strong stability.

The oil-immersed transformer has a stronger overload capacity, low partial discharge, high insulation level, low noise, and a long product service life.

The pad mounted transformer substation includes a control (auxiliary) transformer room, which can convert the voltage generated by the inverter into mains power (single-phase 220V, three-phase 380V) to supply auxiliary equipment and other lighting devices, ensuring the reliable operation of the pad-mounted substation.

The low-voltage side features photovoltaic-specific surge protectors, providing specialized protection against harmonics, overvoltage, interference, and other issues from the inverter.

The pad mounted transformer can be equipped with an intelligent comprehensive monitoring and control device (integrated protection or relay protection) as needed by the user for remote monitoring and operation.
