Without an exception,Conso ElectricalScience and Technology Co., Ltd. will run factory test to eachthreephase cast resin distribution transformer, besides the common test such asno loading loss and loading loss test, temperature rise test, insulation and winding resistance test. The company also will run the factory test as the below:
1. Partial Discharge Test:This test checks for partial discharges within the transformer insulation, which can indicate potential insulation problems.
2. Sound Level Test:This measures the noise level produced by the transformer under load conditions.

Ensuring a dry and clean environment under normal load conditions, athree phase cast resin distribution transformerrequires no maintenance. However, the following aspects should be closely monitored:
1. Regularly observe the load conditions and the temperature of the transformer.
2. Frequently check if the fans are operational and whether there are any phase interruptions.
3. If excessive dust accumulation is noticed, it should be removed with dry, clean compressed air when power can be disconnected.
4. After shutdown, perform insulation testing. If no anomalies are found, the product can be put back into operation with a load.
5. The temperature controller of this product can be adjusted according to Table 6.

6. As long as the maximum grid voltage does not exceed 5% of the corresponding tap voltage, the transformer can operate safely.
7. For transformers without excitation voltage regulation, users can adjust all three phases simultaneously according to the tap position label based on the grid voltage at that time when completely disconnected from the grid (both high and low sides disconnected).
8. For on-load voltage regulation transformers, when the grid voltage fluctuates, it is possible to stabilize the output voltage by changing the coil turns through automatic controllers or by electric or manual operation while under load.
9. Regarding the use of transformer accessories such as temperature controllers, switches, cooling fans, etc., please refer to the relevant manuals. After successful accessory commissioning, start the transformer operation before putting the accessories into operation.
