.Maintenance personnel should inspect the power transformer's sound, oil level, oil temperature, oil color, and other conditions during its operation to ensure that the transformer's sound, oil level, temperature, color, and other basic parameters are within normal standards.
.Check whether the power transformer's casing is clean and tidy, whether the gas relay inside the power transformer is properly filled with oil, and whether there is any oil leakage or damage to explosion-proof tubes.
.Inspect the proper functioning of the cooling system, load regulation device, and tap changer, ensuring that they meet voltage requirements.
.Examine the condition of the bushings, looking for cleanliness, signs of leakage or discharge, proper connections of leads, and any indications of overheating.
.Maintenance personnel should inspect the grounding of the main equipment and its auxiliary devices to ensure that all related equipment casings are properly grounded.
.In the event of an emergency during the power transformer's operation, such as due to moisture, low temperatures, or rain leakage, maintenance personnel should promptly investigate the cause of the transformer's malfunction. They should identify the reasons for the transformer's failure during operation and take necessary actions to rectify the issue.
